I had a great experience last time I was here I forgot to give them a review when they assisted me so I’m doing it today. BRANDON S. WASHINGTON & KASHIF M. HASSAN both were awesome and went above and beyond to assist me not sure if they still work here since this was AWHILE back

I wish I could leave even less than a one star. If Frank is your service writer. Turn around immediately. No empathy for the fact that he messed up searching for my warranty, no empathy for the fact he made me drive up there for an appointment with my nail in the tire only for the tire not to be there. Now I have to get it towed because I wasted my time going back and forth with this company. I wish I could've gotten an apology for how the situation was handled. He never apologized he only got deeper inside his ego even though he was wrong about the warranty and didn't look deeper into my account. I am so upset with this place. I will never come here again. I'm sending this review as a warning to others to never come either.

I can't say enough about the great service I received at this Belle Tire this week!! My car was towed in with a huge nail and it seemed like the tire was a loss. instead the gentleman working on my car found a second nail and patched them both. From the Technician in the front to the Mechanic working in the back (named Reginald and Zavier), I received great service with a smile! Highly recommend.

Jaber is the man! Greeted me with a smile in 10 degree weather, got me a quote, and serviced my vehicle in no time! Easiest and most convenient stop I’ve made for tire services! Definite recommend, and will most definitely be back!

I had a great experience with Eric at Bell Tire. As a woman, I really appreciated how he took the time to explain everything clearly to me. He walked me through both the good and the not-so-good options when it came to pricing and performance, which made me feel informed instead of pressured. Eric was very knowledgeable and patient, and he made sure I understood what would work best for my situation. I never felt pushed to buy anything — he genuinely seemed focused on helping me make the best choice for me. That kind of honesty and customer care goes a long way. If you’re looking for someone who is informative, respectful, and truly helpful, I highly recommend asking for Eric.
